How we will work with you

1. Discovery Stage

Risc IT will take the time to make sure that we fully understand your business and your requirements from the beginning. We’ll meet with you either in person or remotely, then we’ll put together your project brief and undertake site surveys if necessary.

2. Specification

Our experienced design team will propose the right technologies, room design and the best product selection to fulfil your requirements. We choose your products carefully to ensure quality, reliability, functionality and ease of use. At this stage we’ll work with you to refine the design and once you’re happy, we’ll send you a formal quote.

3. Preparation

After receiving your order, our design team will take ownership of getting everything ready for you ensuring all your equipment is ordered, the required resources are available and a convenient installation date is arranged for you.

4. Installation

Our team of qualified and experienced engineers will carry out your installation to the highest standard and within agreed timescales. Before handing over your solution to you, we’ll test it thoroughly to make sure that everything is working as expected.

5. Support

Continued performance of your equipment is critical. So, we ensure you have access to our dedicated helpdesk providing you with first class, unique support, should you require it.

6. Training

We design solutions that are best in class yet easy to use. But should you require further training, we’re on hand to provide you with appropriate and tailored training packages.

How do I arrange a site survey?

Just get in touch with us and we’ll book for one of our team to meet, visit and undertake a site survey of your room/s.

Can you support my existing meeting room equipment?

Yes, we’ll just need to undertake a full audit of your existing equipment. Depending on the age and current state of your equipment, we’ll let you know what level of support is available. Just get in touch with us to arrange your equipment audit and we’ll help you with the rest.

What training do you offer?

Our qualified and experienced team members are able to provide in depth, tailormade training to suit your needs. From familiarisation sessions for your employees to administrator training for your Meeting Room systems, we’re on hand to provide you with appropriate training packages.
